基于面板模型的高新技术产业关键影响因素分析——以河北省为例

The Analysis of Key Influencing Factors of High-tech Industry Based on Panel Data Model——Taking Hebei Provence as Example

首先依据调查结果,筛选出影响高新技术产业发展的主要因素,并将其作为基本的评价指标;然后通过样本数据检验,建立起较符合实际特征的变系数面板数据模型;利用2001—2006年全国31个地区的面板数据,对各因素的影响程度进行计量和比较;结果表明,目前的技术能力和区域创新环境阻碍了河北省高新技术产业的发展.

The paper firstly filters out the main factors that affect the development ofhigh-tech industry according to the surveying result, and makes them the basic evaluating indicators; then builds up a unrestricted panel data model more correspond to the actual characteristics through the sample data examine; calculates and compares the effective level of every factor by using the panel data of 31 regions in the country from 2001-2006; finally finds out that the key factors that nowadays limit the development ofhigh-tech industry in Hebei Provence is the local innovative environment and technical ability.
