电子合作背景下企业信息系统能力模型及实证研究

The Research on the Model and Empirical Study for Information System Capability in E-cooperation

针对电子合作企业,从资源基础观角度,研究企业信息系统能力模型并进行实证检验.首先,在已有研究的基础上,构建信息系统能力模型,包括连接区域、业务覆盖度、集成度、人力资源能力、信息系统支持的无形资产能力;其次,以"电子合作"特征较明显12家中小企业为对象(主要来自河北省),采用深度访谈和问卷调查法收集数据,在此基础上,验证本模型在跨企业信息系统背景下的有效性.本文为管理者进行企业间信息技术投资提供决策借鉴.

The paper, on the base of resource-based view, studies the model of information system capability and its e mpirical for e-cooperation test. First, based on the prior research, the paper constructs the model of information system capability which includes reach, range, integration, human resources, information system-enabled intangibles. Secondly, the paper examines the model used the survey data from 12 small and medium-sized enterprises which have electronic cooperation with their partners in Hebei Province. The paper may have implications for managers particularly in decisionmaking on information technology investment
