虹鳟4个品系的形态变异及判别分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用多元统计分析方法,利用11个可量可数性状对美国虹鳟、美国金鳟、芬兰虹鳟及渤海虹鳟4个品系间的形态变异进行研究。结果表明,采用主成分分析法,构建了11个主成分,对其中累计贡献率达78.88%的5个主成分进行分析,第1主成分受2个性状AA/BL和AD/BL的影响,贡献率为26.75%;第2主成分受2个性状ED/BL和SL/BL的影响,贡献率为19.63%;第3主成分受3个性状BH/BL、HW/BL和PF/BL的影响,贡献率为15.89%;聚类分析法表明美国虹鳟和美国金鳟形态最相近,其次与芬兰虹鳟相似;利用判别分析法建立4种虹鳟鱼的判别函数,判别准确率为75%;多元方差分析表明,4品系虹鳟鱼在所选的11个性状上的变异显著(P<0.05)。 According to eleven measurable and numerable traits, we applied muhivariant statistical analysis to evaluate morphosis on rainbow trout of America, albino rainbow trout of America, rainbow trout of Finland and rainbow trout of Bohai sea. Using principal component analysis, eleven principal constituents were constructed, and the principal constituents whose accumulative contribution rates reach 78.88% were analyzed, contribution rate of the first principal constituent which was affected by two traits (AA/BL and AD/BL) was 26.75% ,contribution rate of the second principal constituent which was affected by two traits( ED/BL and SL/BL) was 19.63% , contribution rate of the third principal constituent which was affected by three traits(BH/BL,HW/BL,PF/BL) was 15.89%. According to cluster analysis, morphous of rainbow trout of America was most similar to albino rainbow trout of America, and was similar to rainbow trout of Finland ; discriminant functions of four strains of rainbow trout were constructed using discriminatory analysis, that morphosis on eleven traits of.four discrimination accurate rate was 75 % ; strains of rainbow trout was significant multivariant variance analysis showed (P 〈 0. 05).
