摘要
用L9(34)正交试验设计研究黄毛耳草总黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明,最佳工艺为用体积12倍70%的乙醇提取2次,每次1.5h。选用NKA-9极性大孔树脂纯化总黄酮,并且用pH为5的水淋洗除去多糖,最后所得总黄酮含量为43.1%。
The extraction technology of total flavone compounds in Herba hedyotids chrysotrichae was studied by using L9 (3^4) orthogonal experiment design in this paper. The optimum extraction technology was to extract flavones compounds for 1.5 h with 70% ethanol,which was twelve times of volume as large as the weight of the Herba hedyotids chrysotrichae, and extracting 2 times. NKA-9 type resin was chosen to purify total flavone compounds, and polysaccharid was removed by washing with water (pH5). Finally, total flavone compounds content reached at 43.1%.
