摘要
强调了权力不受约束就要膨胀,权力膨胀是腐败的根源.指出了不完善的市场经济是滋生腐败的土壤,权力异化是产生腐败的主要原因,清"流"正"源"是惩治腐败的基本方略,完善审判监督机制是防止司法腐败的重要手段.
It is emphasized that the power expansion is the source of corruption. It is shown that the imperfect market economy is the soil of corruption and the power alienation is the main reason for corruption. Perfecting the mechanism of trial and supervision is an important method of preventing the corruption of judicature.
