在分析东莞理工学院成人教育现状的过程中,引入SWOT模型,将各种影响因素用系统分析的方法加以整合匹配,为科学制定东莞理工学院成人教育的发展战略打好基础,并进而以此为例,提出珠三角地方高校成人教育的发展应明确其在学校办学中的定位,实施特色化战略、联盟化战略和质量生存战略.

By introducing the SWOT model into the status quo analysis of adult education in Dongguan University of Technology, this essay intends to integrate the variety of influential factors by means of system analysis, so as to lay a solid foundation for the scientific development of adult education in Dongguan University of Technology. Taking this for example, it is further pointed out that the development of adult education should clearly define its role in the college management, adopting the strategy of characterized development, alliance strategy and quality strategy.
