鹅绒藤总生物碱对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究鹅绒藤总生物碱(Cynanchum Chinense Total Alkaloid,CCTA)对正常小鼠体液免疫的影响。方法给正常小鼠腹腔注射高(12.96mg/kg)、中(6.48mg/kg)、低(3.24mg/kg)3个剂量的CCTA,每天1次,连续7d,于末次给药后12h,眼球取血并取脾脏,定量溶血分光光度试验进行小鼠脾脏抗体形成细胞检测,对小鼠血清溶血素进行测定。结果CCTA高、中剂量组抗体形成细胞OD值及血清溶血素HC50明显高于免疫小鼠对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);与CCTA低剂量组比较,CCTA高、中剂量组抗体形成细胞OD值升高(P<0.05),血清溶血素HC50升高(P<0.01)。结论CCTA有提高正常小鼠体液免疫的作用。 Objective To explore the effect of Cynanchum Chinense Total Alkaloid(CCTA) on humoral immunity function in normal mice. Methods CCTA which was divided into high( 12.96mg/kg), medium (6.48mg/kg), low (3.24mg/kg) was injected into abdominal cavity of mice once a day for seven days. At the time of 12 hours after last injection, blood was taken from the eyes and spleen was taken. Spleenocytie plaque forming cell(PFC)was observed by quantitative hemolytic spectrophotometry(QHS). Serum hemolysin was measured. Results Compared with the group of immunized mice, optical density difference (OD) of plaque forming cell (PFC) and serum hemolysin were significantly increased in CCTA high and medium group( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 respectively) ; Compared with the CCTA low group, OD of plaque forming cell (PFC) was significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05), and serum hemolysin was significantly increased as well( P 〈 0.01 ) in CCTA high and medium group. Conclusion CCTA hasan improving effect on humoral immunity function in normal mice.
