摘要
目的观察血浆代用品羟乙基淀粉(130/0.4)文诺芳汀对梗阻性黄疸大鼠模型中血清胆红素浓度的影响。方法建立梗阻性黄疸大鼠模型,术后第6、7、8天尾静脉输入6%中分子羟乙基淀粉130/0.4 6m l(6%HES组),对照组输等体积的生理盐水(0.9%NS组),分别抽血测定胆红素、转氨酶(ALT)和肌酐(C r)浓度。结果输入6%中分子羟乙基淀粉130/0.4后血清胆红素水平持续降低,与输入生理盐水相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),两者均没有影响血清转氨酶和肌酐的水平。结论羟乙基淀粉(130/0.4)文诺芳汀可减轻梗阻性黄疸大鼠模型中血清胆红素浓度。
Objective To observe the changes in blood bilirubin concentration after transfusion of 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 (Venofundin) , a new bolod substitute, in rats with obstructive jaundice. Methods Obstructive jaundice models of rats were produced by bile duct ligauon. Rats were randomly assigned to receive 6% hydroxyethyl starch (130/0.4) or saline from caudal vein in a volume of 6 ml per day from 6 to 8 days after surgery. Blood sera of rats were obtained for the assessment of bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and Creatinine (Cr). Results The bilirubin level in rats transfused with hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 decreased progressively and significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) compared with that of saline group. No significant changes in ALT and Cr were observed in both the groups. Conclusion Transfusion of hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 (Venofundin) can effectively decrease the concentration of blood bilirubin in rats with obstructive jaundice.
