摘要
高等学校分支学科信息能力的评价研究是高等学校学科建设的重要组成部分,是教学科研发展的内在动力,同时也是衡量学科发展水平的重要标志。该文从学科信息能力和学科科学能力的相互关系,学科信息能力评价要素分析,学科信息能力评价的方法体系几个方面认真地进行了分析研究,提出评价其信息力度的大小应该从信息吸收能力和释放能力二个角度来进行,其方法上提出利用定性、定量及相结合的方法对学科信息吸收能力和释放能力进行评估的理论模式。
Evaluation of information ability of branch disciplines is an important part in college and university construction. It is the internal motive force of the development of teaching and researching as well as an important sign of the level of a discipline. Following questions were studied and analysed such as the relationship between information ability of a discipline and its scientific ability, factors and methods for information ability evaluation of a discipline. It was pointed out that the degree of information ability should be judged by making use of the integrated method of qualitative and quantitative evaluation according to its assimilating and outputing abilities.
