摘要 全面分析了锅炉切圆燃烧和对冲燃烧2种方式的特点;研究了湘潭电厂600MW超临界锅炉HT-NR3旋流燃烧器的特性;通过对冲火焰锅炉炉内燃烧过程的数值模拟,提出了运行中可能存在的侧墙结焦和炉膛温度偏低的问题;通过燃烧优化试验,在燃用劣质煤条件下锅炉经济性得到提高。 The characteristics of tangential firing and opposed wall firing boilers were comprehensively analyzed. The combustion performance of HT - NR3 swirl burner used in the Xiangtan Power Plant 600 MW supereritical boilers was studied. Through the numerical simulation of hedge combustion in boilers, the problems existing in operation such as slagging of the side wall and low furnace temperature were presented. Through combustion optimization test, the economic performance of boiler under the condition of inferior coal was improved.
