Building of the provincial forest fire video monitoring and command platform

以山西省为例分析了林火检测手段的现状,介绍了森林火灾视频监控系统与指挥平台的建设背景、建设目标和建设原则,阐述了远程林火视频监控系统的结构、功能,详细描述了建设过程中涉及的关键问题并提出了相应的解决方案,最后对系统的未来发展作出了规划。

Taking Shanxi as an example, this paper analyzed the current situation of forest fire monitoring first, and then it introduced the background, target and principle of constructing a platform which aims at forest fire monitoring and commanding based on video, presented the framework and function of the remote video monitoring system. Particularly the paper described the key problems which come with the process of construction and put forward the solution. At last,the layout of this system in the future was given out.
