摘要
对QW220/KH307B聚酰亚胺树脂复合材料在不同温度范围内的热物理性能和力学性能以及用两种成型工艺所获复合材料的力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,该复合材料0°、90°和45°方向平均线膨胀系数随温度升高变化不明显,比热容随温度升高而增加;在-55℃、室温和340℃下均具有良好的力学性能;采用压机成型工艺其力学性能优于气压室成型工艺。
Thermal-physical properties and mechanical properties of QW220/KH307B PMR polyimide composites at different temperature, and mechanical properties of composites manufactured by hydraulic press and air chamber technology, were studied in this paper. The results show that the variation of coefficient of thermal expansion of QW220/KH307B composites at temperature range from -55 ℃ to 340 ℃ is negligible, while its specific heat increases with the temperature. The results indicate that QW220/KH307B composites have good mechanical properties at -55 ℃, room temperature and 340 ℃, and the mechanical properties of QW220/KH307B composites by hydraulic press process are higher than those by air chamber process.
