文胸下扒纸样绘制方法的探讨

Discussion of bra′ pattern in bottom band

针对目前文胸下扒纸样设计中因使用定寸法存在多次定位下扒侧弧线而费时费力的问题,借助Lectra三维扫描仪和MATLAB软件,采用回归分析法来研究80 C文胸钢圈弧线和下扒侧弧线的配合关系,并在此基础上提出了一种可以定位任意相关辅助点来精确绘制80 C下扒侧弧线的方法,克服了定寸法的缺点.

Aiming at some drawbacks caused by many occasions when the law-inch methods were used in bra bottom band pattern design, the matching relationship of 80C bra wire and bottom band side line are studied by using regression analysis method, with Lectra three-dimensional scanner and MATLAB software. Furthermore, a new method to draw the bottom band side line of 80C bra by using auxiliary points which were wanted is proposed based on the study, which well solved the drawbacks of Law-inch method.
