摘要
针对传统粗纱机构复杂、由一个主电机驱动各机构运动、同步性差的问题,基于可编程控制器、伺服驱动、触摸屏、串口通讯等技术,开发了多电机独立驱动的粗纱机控制系统.重点研究了粗纱机控制系统组成、参数计算过程以及控制系统中罗拉牵伸机构、筒管卷绕机构、龙筋升降机构速度的控制算法.实践表明,多电机独立驱动的粗纱机,其机械传动机构简单、操作方便,牵伸倍数可调范围大,控制精确度高,粗纱卷绕成形良好.
The constitution of traditional roving frame is complex and it is driven by only one motor, so the synchronization is poor. In order to solve above problems, a new digital roving frame is developed, which is based on PLC, servo drive, touch screen, serial communication technology etc, and in which mechanism is independently driven by several servo drive motors. The constitution of the control system and the calculation process of roving parameters are introduced. The rotating speed control algorithm of roller drafting structure, winding and shaping structure of bobbin, the up and down moving speed of Spindle rail are also introduced. The experiences show that the transmission mechanism of the new roving fram which is driven by several motor is simple, it is easy to operate, and obtains wide drawing multiples range, high control precision and good roving winding shap.
