摘要
气田在开采过程中,伴有大量的天然气凝液,一般称为轻烃或凝析油。长庆油田苏里格气田来自集气装置和脱水脱烃装置分离出的凝析油,在储存和运输过程中,造成油气挥发损失不但对环境造成危害而且是能源的极大浪费。本文通过对苏里格气田凝析油组分的分析研究,提出了凝析油稳定的工艺方案,并采用HYSYS软件对流程进行模拟计算,通过分析计算优选450kPa压力下蒸馏比较经济合理。目前该装置已在苏里格第二天然气处理厂投产,第三处理厂在建。
There is much light hydrocarbon called condensate oil during exploitation in gas field. Condensate oil come from gas collection unit, dehydration unit and hydrocarbon sepration unit, often cause volatilization loss of oil during storage and transportation. The article analyzed the composition of condensate oil in Sulige gas plant and proposed condensate oil stabilization scheme. The process was simulated by using HYSYS software. Results showed that distillation was economical under the pressure condition of 450 kPa. Now the unit has been put into production in Sulige No.2 gasplant, and the No.3 gas plant has been constructing.
