摘要
以天然橡胶与丙烯酰胺作为共聚单体,选择甲醛合次硫酸钠-过硫酸铵氧化还原引发体系,并采用N-N′甲叉双丙烯酰胺作为交联剂,通过水溶液聚合的方法研制出一种具有一定柔性的聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶。以吸水膨胀倍数、扯断伸长率和扯断力为评价指标,考察了总单体用量、天然橡胶与丙烯酰胺的比例、交联剂用量及引发剂用量四个因素对合成的水凝胶膨胀性能及拉伸性能的影响。实验结果表明,当总单体质量分数为25%、天然橡胶(干胶含量)与丙烯酰胺质量比为1∶1、交联剂用量占单体质量分数的0.05%、引发剂用量占总体系质量分数的0.32%时,合成的水凝胶膨胀倍数较高,并具有良好的拉伸性能。
The polyacrylamide hydrogels used as flexible agents were prepared by means of solution polymerization. Choosing natural rubber and acrylamide as comonomer, N-N/-methylenebis (acrylamide) as crosslinker,ammonium persulfate and sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate as redox initiator, swelling multiples,tensile stress and elongation rupture were used as evaluation criterion. Such factors as the mass percent of monomer, the ratio between natural rubber and acrylamide, the amount of crosslinker and initiator were researched for the swelling and stretching properties.The result shows the optimum synthesis conditions as follows:the mass ratio of natural rubber with acrylamide was 1∶1,the mass percent of monomer was 25%,the mass percent of cross linking agent in monomer was 0.05% and the mass percent of initiator was 0.32%.
