生物破乳菌种对原油乳状液的破乳性能评价 被引量:3

摘要 从长期受石油污染的土壤中筛选出具有破乳能力的菌种,命名为WH1。用原油乳状液来评价其破乳性能,24h后观察结果,菌种显示出高破乳能力,破乳率为91.4%。在此基础上研究了环境条件对菌种生长及其破乳性能的影响。考察了破乳条件对破乳性能的影响,表明破乳温度及全培养液的浓度影响菌种的破乳性能。WH1具有热稳定性,起破乳作用的主要是菌体本身。 Selecting de-emulfying bacteria from the soil polluted by oil with the function of de-emulsification, named WH1.Evaluating de-emulsification performance by oilfield emulsifion. After 24 hours,the bacteria indicated the efficient de-emulsification performance, de-emulsification rate reached 91.4%. On the base of these,we studied the effect on the growth statuses of the superior strain in differernt culture conditions. Evaluated the de-emulsification capabilities in different de-emulsification conditions,it demonstrated that de-emulsification performance related with temperture and culture concentration. The conclusion is that WH1 possesses thermal capabiliy as well as the function of de-emulsification mainly depends on bacteria itself.
