摘要 采用德国NETZSCH公司的STA-449C型热分析仪对生物柴油和石油柴油在不同升温速率和气氛下进行热重分析和差示扫描量热分析。研究表明:随着升温速率的增加,生物柴油的挥发和分解向高温区移动。生物柴油在氮气气氛下发生热解,在空气气氛下发生燃烧。生物柴油的挥发性较石油柴油低,但可燃性好。 Based on thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry, biodiesel and petrodiesel were respectively analyzed by STA 449C (Netzsch, Germany) at different heating rates (5, 10, 15℃/min) and atmosphere (nitrogen and air). The results showed that the losing weight,volatile and pyrolysis temperature increased with the heating rate. Biodiesel pyrolysis was happened at nitrogen atmosphere, combustion at air atmosphere. Biodiesel had less volatile than petrodiesel for it had higher temperature at onset and end of volatilization, and biodiesel had better flammability for it had more weight loss rate (DTG curve) and strong exothermic peak (DSC curve) in air.
