摘要
提出对配电网供电能力评估的常用方法是计算一些单独的技术指标,如线损率、电压合格率、线路平均负载率等,但这些指标不能综合判断或反映整个配电网的供电能力。阐明运用模糊逻辑的近似推理和决策方法,建立详细的配电网供电能力优劣的评估模型,不仅能得到各个影响因素的量化结果,而且可以对城市电网整体供电能力进行评估。应用模糊理论对临汾城区电网的供电能力进行了综合评估,得到了量化的评估结果。
In power supply capability studies for distribution networks, some separate technical indexes are calculated to evaluate networks, such as ratio of line loss, ratio of qualified voltage, ratio of average circuit' s load and so on. However, each of these indexes can only reflect one part capability of distribution networks, The fuzzy method, which utilizes approximate-reasonlng and decision-making methodologies of fuzzy logic is introduced, and a detailed superiority-inferiority model for Linfen distribution networks is provided, which could get not only fuzzy quantified result of each influence factor, but also an appraisal of the power supply.
