The synthesis plan management business function is discussed, and suggestions to solve the main technique problems and difficulties that meet in system development are proposed. The realization of the system makes the company＇ s business process more standard. It is beneficial to meet the need of company management level, and enhance the base of synthesis plan management informationization construction.
