RVA特征值分析的影响因素及实验室间方法的比对 被引量:5

摘要 近年来粘度速测仪(rapid visco-analyzer,RVA)在稻米品质鉴别中的应用已日益广泛,RVA测定稻米粉粘滞性的方法较多,且受诸多干扰因素影响,给稻米样品间品质比较带来一定困难。试验系统分析了RVA测定的干扰因素,比较各个测定标准方法对RVA值的影响,分析了RVA测定值与Brabender仪测定值间的相关性,并通过三家实验室比对,统计实验室间结果的重复性和再现性结果。结果表明,米粉细度、碾磨精度和称样量显著影响RVA特征值,不同RVA测定方法影响RVA特征值。RVA特征值(除糊化温度)与Brabender仪测定值有显著相关性,3个不同米粉样用统一方法进行三家比对,统计结果是方法的复性标准差在5%以内,再现性标准差在13.6%以内。 Recently rapid viseo-analyzer (RVA) was applied in identifying rice quality. Different standard methods were used to analyze rice quality by using RVA and there were many influencing factors affected the RVA characteristic values, which made it difficult to compare the rice quality correctly. In this experiment, we analyzed the factors that might affect the RVA characteristic values, compared the different standard methods for RVA, discussed the relationship between RVA and Brabender values, and calculated the RYA results of repeatability and reproducibility for three different laboratories. Then we set up a method for testing qualities of rice grain by using RVA. The results showed that the degree of milled riee, the mesh size of flour and sample quantity significantly affected the RVA characteristic values, different methods of RVA analysis showed different results. The RVA characters values ( except pasting temperature) were significantly correlated with Brabender values, the repeatability standard deviation and reproducibility standard deviation of comparison results among three laboratories were less than 5% and 13.6%, respectively.
