摘要
香菇多糖是香菇中分离出的一种重要的具有生理活性的物质,具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、增强人体免疫力等多种功能,在保健食品和药品开发方面具有广阔的应用前景。文章系统地综述了香菇多糖的化学结构、理化性质、生物活性、临床应用、制备和提取纯化等方面的研究概况,并展望了其今后研究方向及开发应用前景。
Lentinan is the most important polysaccharide isolated from kentinula edodes, because of its biological activities. It has widely and promising foreground in the field of health-care foodstuff and medication with its immunomedulation, antiinfection, antittunor activity. This review summarized its chemical structure; bioactivity, new technologies in extracting and purifying. The key aspects and trends of further studies research on lentinan were also discussed.
