摘要
通过试验以研究麦草制化机浆的可行性并摸索适合的工艺条件。探讨了麦草化机浆的预处理工艺、磨浆工艺、漂白工艺和配抄工艺。结果表明,麦草化机浆适合与针叶木浆、桉木浆配抄轻型纸,并可提高纸页的松厚度、不透明度,降低成本。
Through experiment, we studied on the feasibility of wheat straw making chemimechanical pulp and probed the optimum conditions. We also studied the pretreatment process of wheat straw, the technology of refining, the bleaehing technology of the pulp, papermaking performance of the pulp. The results show that wheat straw ehemi-meehanical pulp is suitable to make light paper furnished with softwood pulp, eucalyptus pulp and wheat straw CMP whieh can improve bulkiness, opacity and reduce cost.
