摘要
基于MATLAB7.0平台,利用GUI设计技术,分别对造纸过程中气垫式流浆箱控制系统和成纸定量水分控制系统进行了计算机模拟仿真。通过开发的仿真软件,比较和验证了PID控制和模型预测控制的不同效果。结果表明,对于气垫式流浆箱和成纸定量水分这类双输入双输出的控制系统,预测控制具有良好的解耦控制作用、系统稳定性及鲁棒性,预测控制效果比较理想。
Based on MATLAB7.0, the computer simulations of air-cushioned headbox pressure control system and paper basis weight and moisture control system are realized with technology of GUI. Through the simulation software, the principles of PID Control and Model Predictive Control (MPC) are compared. The results show that the model predictive control has good features of decoupling and robustness in multi-input and multi-output control systems, such as air-cushioned headbox pressure control system and paper basis weight and moisture control system. It is proved that the MPC approach is effecttive for improving the performances of air-cushioned headbox pressure control system and paper basis weight and moisture conrtrol system.
