摘要
实验用超细研磨碳酸钙GCC取代高岭土,应用于铜版纸涂料,结果表明GCC取代高岭土能使涂料获得更低的粘度,但涂料保水能力有所下降;涂布后,成纸的白度、拉毛强度和油墨吸收性均有提高,光泽度有所下降。
The pigment clay in original coatings formula is replaced partly by superfine ground calcium carbonate (GCC) in this experiment. It can be found that the coatings with GCC have lower viscosity and water retention ability. Through paper testing, we find that the brightness, paper strength and ink absorbency of the paper coated with GCC coatings are higher than those coated with original formula, but lower in paper gloss.
