随着"休闲时代"的来临,休闲已经成为一种社会发展的文明标志。体育活动作为休闲实践的具体形式以其无与伦比的参与价值成为了人们休闲生活的主要方式。本文以休闲伦理为视角,运用文献资料法等研究方法,从休闲、休闲体育的内涵出发,对休闲体育的伦理价值进行定位,指出休闲体育是肉体与灵魂和谐统一的桥梁,是实现人全面发展的途径,旨在为人们正确认识休闲体育提供参考。

With the advent of ＂leisure era＂, leisure has become a symbol of civilization and.social development. For its unparalleled value, sports activitic as a specific form become the main mode of participating in the leisure activities. Based on the perspective of leisure ethic, using the methods of literature, this paper which provide reference for us to understand the leisure sport, positioning the value of the leisure sport from the connotation of leisure and leisure sport, point out that leisure sport is the bfideg of uniting the physical and soul of people is a directly demand of perceptual life.
