泉州市中心城区住宅小区体育场地设施建设与管理现状研究

On the Current Situation of PE Field Facilities Construction and Management in the Central Residential Quarters of Quanzhou City

采用文献资料法、实地调查法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对泉州市中心城区住宅小区体育场地设施建设及管理现状进行调查。研究表明:泉州市中心城区住宅小区体育用地严重不足,种类单一;大部分住宅小区体育设施没有设立专门的管理机构,且管理人员和体育指导员配置少;体育场地设施以无偿开放为主,开放程度和时间都较好,利用率也较高,但对其的检查和维护频率都较低;住宅小区体育场地设施匮乏与简陋是影响着城市居民就近就便参与体育锻炼的重要因素。

The paper adopts documentary method, on - the - spot investigation method, questionnaire method statistic method and the like to investigate the current situation of PE filed construction and management in the central residential quarters of Quanzhou City. The result is as follows ： the PE space of the central residential quarters in Quanzhou City is far from enough and its type is simplistic; in most residential quarters there is no management organization in charge of the PE facilities and there is few instructors and coaches ; PE filed facilities are free and fully used, but its inspection and maintain rates are comparatively low; the simplicity of the facilities prevents urban residents from attending PE activities nearby.
