摘要
通过文献资料法和调查研究法,对武汉市经营性网球俱乐部进行研究。针对武汉市经营性网球俱乐部的发展现状,从市场营销学角度对俱乐部发展提出建议,结合4P和4C策略,以顾客为主体,提高服务质量以增强俱乐部竞争力。
With methods of literature and questionnaire, this paper undertake a study of the operational tennis club in Wuhan. We found that there are many problems exist. From the aspect of Marketing, this article proposes that for the development of the club, which the competitive power can be strengthened by the way of combining the strategy of 4P and 4C, and taking customers as the center and improving the quality of service.
