摘要
竞技健美操成套动作必须展示连续的动作组合、柔韧性、力量与七种基本步伐的使用并完成高质量的难度动作,同时根据FIG评分规则中对艺术分的5点评价标准来评价成套动作的创编。以三人操为切入点,对三人操编排中A、B、C、D四类难度选择的均衡性以及在成套难度动作的分布完成情况做初步的探讨,从而分析难度动作在竞技三人操编排中的艺术价值。
