摘要
对中年知识分子的健康状况进行研究,对不乐观的结果进行了原因分析并提出解决办法,并指出太极拳是中年知识分子健身项目的首选。
The article discusses that taiji can help adjust the nervous system, the movement system, respiratory system, cardiovascular system and digestive system of the middle - aged intellectuals, and points out that taiji is the first choice for body - building project of the middle - aged intellectuals.
