运用文献资料和专家访谈等方法进行研究,结果表明影响体育团队凝聚力的主要因素有:目标整合、成员互补、外界压力、团队规模、团队稳定性和领导方式6个主要因素;运用层次分析法对以上因素进行研究表明:其重要程度分别是:团队稳定性、团队规模、领导方式、外界压力、目标整合和成员互补,为体育团队凝聚力的培养提供科学参考。

With methods of literature and interview, the research indicated that affects sports team cohesion the primary factor include ： goal integration, mutual complement of group members, outside pressure, group stability, group size and leadership style 6 primary factors.
