摘要
提出高强度棉花打包用镀锌钢丝原料及成品钢丝的性能要求,介绍生产高强度棉花打包用镀锌钢丝的试生产过程。65钢盘条表面处理采用质量分数为15%~20%盐酸常温清洗、中温磷化,磷化膜厚度≥9μm;拉拔采用LT-9/560重型水箱拉丝机,部分压缩率16%~20%,总压缩率为73.4%;半成品退火温度715~730℃,保温时间约124s;电镀液pH值控制在2~4,电流密度13~30A/dm2,可使锌层面质量≥25g/m2,生产出的成品力学性能符合YB/T5033—2001《棉花打包用镀锌钢丝》B级棉花打包钢丝的要求。
The property requirements of wire rod for high strength galvanized wire and finished wire for cotton packaging are pointed out. The trial production process of high strength galvanized wire for cotten packaging is introduced. Mass fraction from 15% to 20% hydrochloric acid normal temperature cleaning, middle temperature phosphating are adoped in 65 steel wire rod surface treatment. The thickness of phosphating film is larger than 9 μm. To adopt LT -9/560 heavy wet wire drawing machine, partial compressibility is from 16% to 20% , total compressibility is 73.4%. Semi-finished annealing temperature is at 715 -730 ℃, holding time is about 124 s. The pH value of galvanized liquid is controlled from 2 to 4. Current density is from 13 to 30 A/dm^2. Zn-coat mass is larger than 25 g/m^2. The mechanical properties of finished wire measure up the requirements of YB/T 5033-2001 galvanized steel wire for cotton packaging B grade.
