摘要 对8×9S+NF—16结构钢丝绳进行预张拉处理,对预张拉设备的力矩电机转速、动平衡、测长仪以及汽缸等进行自动控制。设备牵引轮直径1m,左右各有12道槽口,尾部大滑轮直径1.5m。样品钢丝绳实测直径16.38mm,经过加载40%抗拉强度的张拉力时,绳子实测直径缩减为16.04mm,和未经预张拉处理的样品钢丝绳相比,平整度更高,表面更光滑,钢丝绳更紧密。对35W×7—14结构多层股钢丝绳进行预松散型试制,在控制捻距的同时,降低对预变形的下压量,钢丝绳切口呈自然松散状态,达到预期效果。随后对试制钢丝绳施加60%抗拉强度的张拉力进行预张拉,不仅可消除结构伸长,接触应力也得到有效控制,寿命比原来的不松散钢丝绳延长1~2倍。 To do pre-tensile treatment for 8 × 9S + NF-16 structure wire rope. The torque motor speed, move balance, length measuring equipment and cylinder of pre-tensile facility is automatically controlled. The traction wheel diameter of facility is 1 meter, each side has 12 pass grooves on the wheel, big pulley diameter in tail is 1.5 meter. Specimen wire rope practical measure diameter is 16.38 ram, when loaded 40% tensile strength force, the practical measuring diameter of rope decreases to 16.04 mm, compared with without treatment wire rope, the fiat degree is higher, surface is more smooth, rope is more compact. The pre-relaxing trial of 35W × 7-14 structure multi-layer strands wire rope is carried through, to decrease press down quantity of pre-deformation at the same time of controlling lay pitch, the cut fracture of rope is at natural relax state, which reaches anticipation efficiency, afterward, with 60% tensile strength force to pre-tension rope, which can remove structure elongation and effectively control contact stress, the service life of rope increases one or two times compared with original no-relax wire rope.
