摘要
介绍钢丝绳更换并报废的原因,从制绳钢丝的表面质量及组织、钢丝绳结构的选择、钢丝绳油脂的选择、钢丝绳涂油方法及涂油量、绳芯的选择、钢丝绳捻制质量、钢丝绳预张拉技术的使用、生产过程钢丝表面的意外损伤、生产工艺控制等方面,对设计、制造过程中影响电梯钢丝绳耐疲劳性能的主要因素做了分析,并提出了相应的应对措施。强调工艺参数设计与过程控制对钢丝绳耐疲劳性能有至关重要的影响,并对过程控制中的重点因素做了介绍。
To introduce the cause of wire rope renewing and discarding as useless. The main factors to affect anti-fatigue performance of wire rope for elevator in the course of design and manufacture are analyzed from such aspects as surface quality and microstructure of steel wire for rope; selection of wire rope structure, grease, grease coating method and quantity, wire rope core; twisting quality of wire rope ; application of pre-tensile technology of wire rope; accidental damnification of steel wire surface and production process control, and the corresponding dealing measures are put forth. It is emphasized that process parameters design and course control have important effect on anti-fatigue performance of wire rope, and the major factors in the course of control are introduced.
