摘要
分析股绳捻制中的捻制应力对股绳质量造成的不利影响。传统后变形器存在的问题:股绳弯曲曲率小,操作繁琐,达不到减除残余应力目的。研制消除捻制应力的股绳后变形器:增加反复弯曲次数更多的垂直辊组和水平辊组;增加45°~60°的辊组;增加定径的压线瓦装置。给出调整辊间距和压弯量的经验公式。改进后的后变形器可有效消除股绳的捻制应力。
To analyze the unfavorable influence of twist stress on quality of strand and rope in twisting. The existing problems of traditional post-deformation apparatus were strand and rope bending curvature small, operation and adjustment tedious. And it can' t attain the aim of relieving residual stress. The post-deformation apparatus for strand and rope of eliminating twist stress was developed by adding vertical roll sets and horizontal sets of more reverse bending times, adding the roll sets from 45°to 60°and adding closer device of sizing. The empirical formulas of adjusting roll space and leveling deformation were given out. The post-deformation apparatus after improvement can eliminate the twist stress of strand and rope effectively.
