近年来,仙游县诈骗类犯罪活动多发,如何提高侦办此类案件的质量和水平,是公安机关面临的一个重大课题,因此,有必要在对案件情况进行分析的基础上,结合相关法律、法规,统一公安机关办案思路,以保障案件执法活动优质、高效进行。

Currently, there is an increasing number of fraud crimes of XianYou County. How to en-hance the level and quality of investigating the crime is an important issue of the public security. There-fore, it is necessary to analyze the cases of criminal enforcement, combine the relevant legal norms, and unify the idea of the public security organs, in this way, high quality and efficiency of the criminal enforce-ment can be ensured.
