摘要
通过分析卸船机钢丝绳外股外层断丝组织,认为钢丝绳与滑轮之间因为润滑不足引起短时静摩擦导致钢丝表面组织出现马氏体是引起钢丝绳使用寿命降低的根源,改善钢丝绳制造过程所采用的油脂的品质,加大表面润滑油脂附着量,是提高该用途钢丝绳使用寿命的重要技术措施。
By analysis on the broken wires fabriqation at outer layer of the rope in ship unloader, this paper gets a consideration that the essential reason of decrease of the rope's service lifetime is the appearance of the martensite on the fabrication of the rope at its outer layer resulted from the instantaneous static friction between the rope and pulley wheel while the lubrication is not enough. The key technical measure to enhance the service lifetime of this kind purpose of the rope is to improve the quality of the lubricant in the process of manufacturing, and to increase the lubricant quantity at the surface.
