摘要
在分析机械提升系统中位势负载机构变频调速系统及工作过程中能量流向的基础上,对变频调速关键技术及能耗问题进行了阐述,针对位势负载系统推导了变频调速能耗合理匹配范围及原则,并对主要器件的选型做出了分析和计算。
Based on the analysis on the speeding system and the energy flowing in its working process with frequency changer for the potential load - hearing gear in the mechanical hoisting system, this paper states a key technology of the frequency changer and the energy consumption, then, it deduces a reasonable matching range and the rule between the frequency -change speeding and the energy consumption aiming at the potential load -bearing system, and the last, it gives an analysis and a calculation to the type -selection for key components.
