Reason Analysis and Treatment for High-pressure Heater Leakiness of 600MW Unit

对某厂600 MW机组3号高加焊缝多次泄漏原因进行了分析。经过金相和SEM分析以及内窥镜检查,发现问题并采取相应的措施进行修补,至今运行3年有余未再发生泄漏。

The leakiness reason of NO.3 high-pressure heater of 600 MW unit has been analyzed with metallo-graphic analysis and scanning electron microscope, and inspected with endoscope. There has been 3 years later since treatment for the problem, and NO. 3 high-pressure heater has never leaked out.
