摘要
浙江某电厂2台西门子9F级400 MW天然气单轴联合循环发电机组,余热锅炉为三压再热自然循环卧式炉,每台机组配置2台100%容量给水泵。高中压给水系统共用1台电动给水泵,简化了工艺过程,降低了设备投资及能耗,但给水系统耦合程度高,自动控制难度大。通过采用合理的控制策略,优化顺序控制逻辑,实现了全程给水控制。
Two SEIMENS 9F natural gas combined circulation units with single shaft are configured in a power plant in Zhejiang province. Each unit has 2 100% feed-water pumps, which are shared by high pressure and intermediate pressure system. This design makes technic more simply and decreases the project invest. Meanwhile, the automatic control of feed-water system is more difficult, because of the high coupling. Based on the commissioning work, the article narrates the method of complete process feed-water control in detail, and brings forward another control strategy for energy saving.
