A survey of health status in military hospital staff

目的了解广州军区广州总医院特殊人群的健康状况和发病特征,为防治疾病提供依据。方法对全院团级(含团级)以下干部、职工及聘用制人员共1033人进行健康体检,数据统计学分析。结果2008年患病率为25.17%,患病率随年龄增长而有上升趋势。高脂血症者患病率最高,占12.00%,其次为高尿酸血症,占9.39%。结论高脂血症、高尿酸血症对人体具有潜在的危险性,本研究为今后的保健工作提供了一定参考依据。

Objective To summarize the health status and disease characteristics of staff from Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command of PLA and to provide evidence for diseases prevention and treatment. Methods A physical examination for the staff （ 1033 participants） were performed and the obtained data was statistically analyzed. Results The prevalence in 2008 was 25.17%, the prevalence tended to increase with aging. Hyperlipidemia had the highest prevalence of 12.00 %, secondary was hyperuricemia, accounting for 9.39 %. Conclusion Hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia have potential risks for human, and this study provides reference for health- care administration.
