PFN-A治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折 被引量：6

摘要 老年人股骨粗隆间骨折非常常见。老年人髋部摔伤后引起股骨粗隆间骨折多为粉碎性骨折，且由于老年人骨质疏松，因此治疗难度很大。过去倾向于非手术治疗，但患者卧床时间长，易患并发症，死亡率较高。目前多主张手术治疗，但由于老年人股骨粗隆间骨折多为粉碎性骨折且骨质疏松．因此内固定系统选择十分困难。
