标准去大骨瓣术合并颞肌筋膜松解在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用
摘要
重型颅脑损伤是神经外科的危急重症．常因颅内压力的大范围急剧增高而需行去骨瓣减压术。本院2004～2007年采用标准去大骨瓣合并颞肌筋膜松解应用于重型颅脑损伤的手术治疗，取得了良好的效果。现报道如下。
