摘要
从旅游企业核心竞争力概念出发,根据2007年年报数据,利用因子分析法,采用SPSS 16.1计算软件,对我国23家旅游业上市公司进行了核心竞争力评价和分析,认为旅游业上市公司核心竞争力由效益、规模、偿债、成长、营运、负债和员工教育6个因子构成。
Based on the core competence concept of the tourism enterprises, the core competitiveness of 23 listed tourism companies are evaluated and analyzed with the annual data of 2007 by adopting the factor analysis method. The evaluation modal is proposed, in which the core competitiveness of the listed tourism companies consists of six factors such as the efficiency, size, debt, growth, operations, liabilities and staff training.
