农村地区“两型社会”建设综合评价指标体系研究

Study of Comprehensive Assessment Index System of Building up a Resource-Conserving and Environmentally Friendly Society in Rural Areas

中国是个农业大国,"两型社会"建设不能忽视农村地区。但是,中国农村具有自身特点,不能完全沿用城市"两型社会"建设的做法。通过对比社会主义新农村、和谐社会、农村全面小康社会的内涵,文章构建了农村地区"两型社会"建设综合评价指标体系,以用于分析农村地区"两型社会"建设的差距和问题。

China is a large agricultural country, so more attention must be paid to building up a resource-conserving and environmentally friendly society in its rural areas. However, rural areas have their own unique features, and the methods of the cities shouldn＇t be adopted completely in the rural areas. Based on a comparative analysis of the New Socialist Countryside, the Harmonious Society, and the Rural All-round Well-off Society, this paper constructs a comprehensive assessment index system of building up a resource-conserving and environmentally friendly society in the rural areas, which can be used to analyze the existing problems in the rural areas.
