摘要
为了降低天然植物纤维类缓冲材料的成本、增加植物纤维填充量,采用在原材料中添加新的添加剂的方法,对具有不同含量软化剂的天然植物纤维类缓冲材料的性能进行了测试。软化剂可增加材料基质的柔韧性及可塑性,影响天然植物纤维类缓冲材料的发泡过程。研究了软化剂对于此类缓冲材料的密度及微孔形貌的影响,发现软化剂对缓冲材料的密度及微孔形貌的影响并不是线性的。
In order to reduce the cost of natural plant fibre cushioning materials and increase the amount of filler in this kind of materials, we add a kind of additives and test the performance of this kind of materials with different amount of softener. This kind of softener can change materials'flexibility and malleability and affect foaming process of this kind of materials. Were studied how this kind of softener affect the density and microporosity of natural plant fibre cushioning materials, the influence of softener on the density and microporosity of natural plant fibre cushioning materials is not linear.
