哈尔滨市正常人群前后平面数据的建立及其与牙、骨骼的相关性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立哈尔滨市正常人群的前平面及后平面的参考数据;得出前后平面与骨骼和牙齿各参数的相关性。方法:选取符合标准的正常100名,拍摄正中位X线头颅侧位定位片,定点测量后进行数据统计。结果与结论:哈尔滨市正常人群的前平面参考正常均值为9.82,标准差为3.00;后平面参考正常均值为17.95,标准差为3.25;平面差的参考正常均值8.13,标准差为2.55。骨骼参数方面,前平面与MP(下颌平面角)、R-I(下颌升支高度)密切相关;后平面与MP(下颌平面角)、FX(面轴角)、R-I(下颌升支高度)密切相关。牙齿参数方面,前平面与U1-FH、U1-PP、U5-PP、L7-MP密切相关;后平面与U1-FH、U6-FH、U1-PP、U7-PP密切相关。 Objective:To establish the reference value of anterior and posterior occlusion planes of Harbin normal occlusion and evaluate the associativties among occlusion planes,teeth and the skeletal. Methods:100 normal occlusions were selected. After taken X-ray lateral cephlograms,the data were measured and analyzed by statistics. Results and Conclusion:The values of anterior and posterior occlusion planes of normal occlusion are respectively 9.82 degrees with a SD of 3.00 and 17.95 degrees with a SD of 3.25. The mean of occlusion plane is 8.13 degrees with a SD of 2.55.In skeletal,anterior occlusion planes was correlated with MP,R-I,while the posterior occlusion planes was correlated with MP,R-I and FX. In teeth,anterior occlusion planes was correlated with U1-FH,U1-PP,U5-PP and L7-MP,while the posterior with U1-FH,U6-FH,U1-PP and U7-PP.
