摘要
介绍了低气压下直流辉光放电等离子体的实验装置,该装置具有结构合理、调节方便、测量参数多等特点,可在其上开展等离子体参数测量、等离子体激发机理研究等多项教学实验。
A low pressure DC glow discharge plasma apparatus is introduced. This apparatus has many features such as reasonable structure, convenient operation, various measurable parameters and so on. A great deal of teaching experiments can be developed on it; for example, the measure of plasma parameters, study of plasma exciting mechanism etc.
