Brief Introduction of Movie Literature in the New Era

党的十一届三中全会以来,电影创作进入一个前所未有的开放、繁荣的新时期。本文从诸多方面梳理、总结改革开放30年来中国电影取得的辉煌成就,从电影创作和生产的第一个环节——电影文学创作,来观照中国电影的发展。当我们思考电影担当的社会和文化的责任的时候,必然要为大量的平庸之作而焦虑。提高国产影片的总体质量,才可能提高电影产业的竞争力,其关键是提高电影文学剧本的质量。

Since the third session of eleven NPC, the creation of movie has walked into an unprecedentedly open and prosperous period. The paper sorts out and sums up achievements of Chinese movies for 30 years since the reform and opening up, studies the development of Chinese movies from the first link of the creation and production of movies i.e. movie literature creation. When thinking of the movie＇s social and cultural responsibility, we will inevitably worry about the large number of mediocre works. We should improve the quality of movie literature scripts to improve the overall quality of domestic movies, and thus to enhance the competitiveness of the movie industry.
