摘要
为了有效地管理面向汽车、摩托车产业链的协同开发过程,对网络化项目管理系统进行了深入的研究。在分析项目管理业务过程的基础上,建立了基于ASP的系统体系结构,并具体阐述了多主体、多层次项目计划的管理与控制方法:根据任务限制条件依赖矩阵确定不同主体、不同层次项目计划之间的关系,并基于任务的状态和权限对项目计划进行协同决策。最后介绍了该系统在摩托车产业的应用情况。
To effectively manage the web-based automobile & motorcycle product development process, the project management system is studied deeply.Based on the analysis of project management business process,the asp-based system architecture is proposed,and the multi-agent,multi-hierarchical project planning and control method is presented,which confirms the relationships between different project plans according to the tasks constraint conditions matrix,and makes collaborative decisions based on tasks states and privileges.The case study proves the system is practical and effective.
